Rufina James has been marketing on the Internet and working with clients since 2000. Prior to this, she spent many years as a teacher, college lecturer, workshop leader, singer and voice coach, using accelerated learning methods most of those years.

In the last few years, the functionality and ease of using WordPress to create just about any type of website won her over. She now creates almost all her own and her client websites using WordPress.

In talking to friends and clients, she discovered how difficult it is for them to get a decent website built and that far too many people are held hostage by their webmasters. They feel held back from putting up a website or improving the one they have because they are stuck dealing with incompetent, unresponsive or outrageously expensive webmasters.

“Why not show them how they can do it themselves,” she thought, “It’s not hard anymore.” And so she did.

After seeing the success and empowerment this produced, Rufina decided to develop the “WordPress® Marketing Secrets” course to help more local businesses, authors, coaches, entrepreneurs, organizations and small business owners a more proactive role in their online presence by creating their own websites and online marketing systems.
